This is the first meeting I’ve actually WANTED to do service for. I’ve done service in other groups, of course, but always from a sense that it was something I should do or something I needed to do. In this group, I feel my contribution is valued and I feel like who I am is an advantage instead of something to keep hidden. I’ve grown a lot through doing service here and I recommend being brave and just jumping in. Someone will always have your back.
