Halloween – – Bring your bones and Meet your bones – 31st October

Right here on our regular zoom meeting channel from 10-11am EST

  •  An hour of re-discovering the inner worlds of our bones – gently, creatively and  anatomy-based. 
  • We will be exploring while in sitting , standing  or doing light movement (dance if you wish:)  – Having a firm chair will support – or be on the floor if you would like to.
