On July 14th, a Town Hall was held to begin the process of determining what do do about a new Contact List for our SMR group. Since then, Wendy C. has proposed using WPForms to create a new list and deleting the information from our MailChimp sign up form. This would make creating a list easier to accomplish. However, there needs to be more discussion about the need for a Contact list and what information would be gathered and presented. There also needs to be more eduction for members on how to best utilize the list for creating relationships and what issues there are with anonymity.
